Refund policy

Standard products: cancellations and returns

You can cancel an order for a standard product from the time you place it until 14 days after the day you receive it. Email orders@my3dfidgets.co.uk or use our contact form, telling us your order number and which items you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.

After notifying us, send the items back within 14 days. Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Please package items securely and retain proof of postage.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and function. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory rights.

Refunds

We refund the returned items to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving them back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. UK delivery is included in our prices; we do not deduct an outgoing postage charge from a cancellation refund.

Made to order and personalised items

Our standard products are printed after you order. This alone does not remove your cancellation rights. Choosing Orange, Red, Blue or Green/Blue Gradient from our standard options is not personalisation.

Goods made specifically to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation. We will explain any applicable exemption before you place a bespoke order. Your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described still apply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate, but are not a condition of your legal rights. Where an item does not meet your statutory rights, we will provide the appropriate refund, repair or replacement and cover reasonable return costs. This includes your short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days where applicable; other legal rights may continue beyond that period.

Print finish

Visible layer lines and minor shade or gradient variations are normal features of 3D printing. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, unsafe or not as described.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
